Space Cadet Company, often shortened to Space Cadet or simply as “The Company” is a large American multigenerational conglomerate founded in 2078. The Company started primarily as a technology supplier, manufacturing synthetics, starships and computers for a wide range of industrial and commercial clients, making them a household name. The company also had numerous non-manufacturing interests; it possessed extensive assets in interplanetary transport, and operated human colonies outside the solar system specializing in extrasolar genetics.

 

Selling off the majority of its ancillary subsidiaries, Space Cadet shifted focus and energies into space exploration in 2103. With the discovery of the rare plant species Cannabaceae, The Company’s mission was to share the benefits of this strange new plant with the rest of humanity. Known for this plant's medicinal and state altering properties, refined directly from its flower, Cannabaceae can be found on far away worlds where near perfect conditions can get this plant species to grow. Specimens are collected and grown in our advanced research facility, placed in Earth’s orbit, 254 miles above sea level. Ensuring that the native plant species remains unharmed on its original planet, The Company understood humanities' need for this Flower and strives to provide the purest and most potent products at prices accessible to all.
